Shipping Information

Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be processed and shipped. 

I am not responsible for custom fees, they are to be paid for by the customer, so please bear this in mind when ordering.

Choosing a delivery Method

Royal Mail Signed for - covers you for up to £50 of your total order. You will receive a tracking number with this option. If your item should unfortunately get lost or damaged in the post, I will only be able to refund you £50 of the total cost of your order and this can only be done when I am able to and successful in claiming the compensation back from Royal Mail.

 

Parcelforce - covers you for up to £100 of your total order. You will receive a tracking number with this option. If your item should unfortunately get lost or damaged in the post, I will only be able to refund you £100 of the total cost of your order and this can only be done when I am able to and successful in claiming the compensation back from Parcelforce.

Courier - covers you for the total cost of your order. If your item should unfortunately get lost or damaged in the post, I will be able to refund you the total cost of your order but this can only be done when I am able to and successful in claiming the compensation back from the courier.

Before a claim can be made to Royal Mail and Parcelforce you need to wait a minimum of 10 working days but no longer than 80 days of when the item was due to be delivered. After this time I will put in a claim and will receive the outcome within 30 days in which I can then put through to you, the customer. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the packaging is damaged upon receipt please ensure that you take numerous photos of this as it will be used as proof to make a claim.

Returns

I have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact me at sjcreationsuk@outlook.com I will reply with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for all postage costs.

Refunds
I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please bear in mind that SJCrystalandCreations does not collect taxes for international orders and so you will be responsible for any duties that need to be paid when your order reaches your country. If orders are returned to us because of failure or refusal to pay duties you will not receive a refund.
